EVO Space is fanatical about creating commercial interiors that are designed and built to perfectly reflect the client’s business.
The brains behind EVO Space are Justin Brennan and Emilio Filopei who brought together 30 years combined expertise in the commercial office fit out sector. Both directors are passionate about exceeding client expectations and their individual skills of construction and project management, design, procurement and health & safety unite to provide an exceptional service and end product.
Building long-lasting relationships based on trust so that clients return time and again as their business grows and evolves, is the key to EVO Space’s success.
EVO Space offers clients workplace consultancy, design, build and furniture to suit any project with a modest or multi-million pound budget.
Consultancy
To fully understanding a client’s workspace needs, the EVO Space team evaluates current space utilisation and user feedback to create innovative solutions for enhanced performance and ways of working.
Design
Whether it’s co-working; open plan working or creative reception areas, EVO Space designers are passionate about space planning and the highest architectural standards. Working collaboratively with clients from concept to completion, they provide detailed sketches, plans and 3D renders so that the client can visualise the project at every step.
Build
From a basic refurbishment to a full interior fit out, the EVO Space motto is ‘every project counts’. The talented and experienced build team brings the creative vision into existence – on time and on budget.
Furniture
A workspace comes alive when the furniture is installed. Selecting the most appropriate and inspiring furniture is vital to create the client’s perfect office environment. EVO Space works independently with furniture manufacturers and dealers to ensure the best solution is provided for reception areas, meeting rooms, collaborative working and breakout spaces.
