Emil Simonyan is currently the Head of the IT Division at Evocabank, a position held since 2013. They previously served as the Head of the IT Department at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia from 1999 to 2013. Emil earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Mathematics from Yerevan State University, completing their degree in 1997.
