Alin Sela Brown

Alin Sela Brown has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alin currently holds the position of Director of Project Management at Evogene since March 2021. In their role, they are responsible for overseeing project management activities.

Prior to their current position, Alin worked as a Project Manager for SARS CoV-2 sewage surveillance at the Ministry of Health of Israel from July 2020 to February 2021. Alin'sresponsibilities included managing the project for early detection of COVID-19 outbreaks.

Alin was responsible for managing employees, activities, and cross-company processes.

Before joining Evogene, Alin worked as a Research Scientist at Proteologics from 2000 to 2004, where they conducted research in the field of proteomics.

Alin's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Medical Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they conducted research in Prof. Justin Silver's Laboratory from 1994 to 2000. Alin also worked as a Nutritionist at Bikur Cholim Hospital during the same period.

Alin holds a B.Sc. in Nutrition from The Hebrew University's Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food, and Environment, which they completed from 1990 to 1993.
