Ashley is a leadership development expert, executive coach, and consultant who partners with leaders and organizations to develop high-performing leaders, teams, and businesses. With experience spanning agriculture, construction, professional services, and city government entities, she has guided entrepreneurs and leaders at all levels to strengthen their effectiveness, navigate complexity, and create lasting impact.

Drawing on her background as a licensed therapist with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work, Ashley brings a deep understanding of the neuroscience of change. This unique lens allows her to help leaders and teams not only shift behaviors but sustain meaningful growth over time.

Before launching Evoke Leadership Services, Ashley spent 15 years advancing from entry-level to director in the field of human behavior. She has led programs, developed leaders, optimized organizational processes, and successfully driven strategic initiatives across diverse contexts. Since expanding into coaching in 2022, she has partnered with executives, entrepreneurs, and teams through one-on-one coaching, team coaching, leadership development programs, and fractional leadership support—bridging strategy to implementation and aligning leadership development with organizational goals.
