Adam Downes is an experienced design leader with a strong background in human-centered design and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Product at evoke since January 2025, Adam previously held the position of Associate Creative Director of Experience at Publicis.Sapient from January 2019 to January 2025, where Adam led a team of over 40 designers for NatWest Retail. Adam's extensive career includes roles at Digital Catapult, Southpaw, Conran Design Group, The BIO Agency, Pancentric Digital, Salterbaxter, Springer & Jacoby UK, and Insight UK Ltd, encompassing expertise in creative direction, experience design, and customer experience across various industries. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Nottingham Trent University.
