Fiona Cottle is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people strategy and organizational development. Currently serving as the interim People Director at evoke since January 2025, Fiona is responsible for shaping and executing the People Strategy, providing strategic advice to executive leaders, and driving employee engagement initiatives. Prior to this role, Fiona held the position of People Director at Sytner Car Supermarket Division (CarShop) from January 2018 to August 2024, and served as the Director of HR at Primark Stores Limited, where Fiona led significant cultural change initiatives and the launch of the Primark brand in the U.S. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in HR from the University of Limerick.
