Rob Green

Rob Green is an experienced Reward Director currently serving at evoke since January 2025. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of Reward & HR Infrastructure Director at Dr. Martens plc from January 2022 to September 2024, where accountability extended to Reward strategy, Employee Relations, and HR operations. Rob also served as Vice President Reward at Colt Technology Services from December 2019 to November 2021, leading a global Reward function and reporting to the Chief People Officer. Earlier roles include Head of Executive Reward & Mobility at Tesco and Head of Reward at Select Service Partner Limited, where responsibilities encompassed managing executive reward systems and designing strategic reward initiatives. Rob is a Chartered Accountant, with education from ICAEW and a certification in Job Evaluation from Hay Group.
