Simon Pierce

Simon Pierce has extensive experience in identity administration and technical support roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an Identity Administrator at evoke since April 2024, Simon specializes in identity and authentication solutions. Previously, Simon worked at William Hill from January 2014 to December 2019, where duties included Desktop Support Engineer responsibilities, managing SCCM and JAMF solutions, and combining roles as a System Support Analyst and Identity Administrator. Additionally, Simon held the position of Customer Service Agent, providing first-line support for the Service Desk. Before joining William Hill International as an Identity Administrator from April 2022 to April 2024, Simon cultivated a strong foundation in computer science at the University of Stirling, although the degree remains incomplete.
