Vojtěch Krňoul

Vojtěch Krňoul is currently the Head of CLCM Transformation at evoke, where they focus on developing customer lifecycle strategies to enhance acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Previously, they served as Group CRM Lead at Dr. Max Pharmacy Chain, defining CLM strategies across multiple countries and implementing marketing automation solutions. Vojtěch also held the position of Group CRM Manager at Fortuna Entertainment Group, leading a team to drive loyalty strategies in several markets. Their career began in marketing roles at various companies, including AmRest and Fortuna Group. Vojtěch studied at Ekonomické lyceum and is currently pursuing further education at Metropolitní univerzita Praha.
