Scott Blanchet began their career in 1994 as a Sr. Project Engineer at Delphi Automotive Systems, General Motors Corporation. In 1998, they transitioned to FuelCell Energy, where they served as the Manager of Module Engineering until 2004. From 2004 to 2021, Scott held multiple roles at Nuvera Fuel Cells, LLC, including Chief Engineer, Director of Product Development, Director of Technology Development, Vice President - Technology Development, Vice President of Product Management, and ultimately Chief Development Officer. In 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer at EvolOH, and later that year, they joined Breakthrough Energy as a Business Fellow.

Scott Blanchet completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) at the University of Miami from 1989 to 1993.
