Kulwinder Poonia's work experience begins in 2015 as a Quality Assurance Intern at Bharti Airtel Ltd. In 2016, they joined Website Toolbox India Pvt Ltd as a Senior Quality Analyst, a position they held until 2022. In March 2022, Poonia started working as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Evolphin Software.

Kulwinder Poonia pursued a Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science at Govt. Polytechnic College from 2009 to 2012. Following this, from 2012 to 2015, they attended Echelon Institute of Technology, where they obtained a B.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering.
