Sage Fraser is a Human Resources Information Systems Consultant at Evolus since October 2022, responsible for the configuration and maintenance of core HR technology with a focus on Paycom. Previous experience includes roles as an LMS Architect for a confidential company, overseeing SAP SuccessFactors LMS compliance and system design, and as a Senior Project Manager at Mizuho OSI, managing the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors ATS and Onboarding modules. Additional positions include Lead Consultant at Gap Inc. for a global migration to Workday, HRIS Analyst at Arbonne managing HRIS functions, and Sr. HRIS Analyst at DocuSign, coordinating enterprise HRIS and payroll implementations. Sage has also provided strategic guidance as a SaaS HRIS and Payroll Advisor and served as a freelance SAP Functional Consultant, specializing in LMS and onboarding platforms.
