With a strong background in leadership and business design, Christy previously held roles such as Director of Culture & Organization Design at The Design Gym and Director, Corporate Strategy at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Christy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Sociology from the University of Virginia.
