Jody Radtke

Jody Radtke, MA, RCC, LPC, is an accomplished executive coach, leadership trainer, and facilitator with over 25 years of experience in supporting leaders and organizations through innovation, mission alignment, and organizational maturity. Currently serving as an Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer at Evolution since 2018, Jody also holds roles as a Positive Intelligence Coach, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Nature-based Therapist. Key contributions include leading facilitations at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, developing trauma-informed leadership curriculum for Outward Bound Canada, and serving as a Military and Family Life Counselor at Magellan Health Services.
