Rudy Nickens

Rudy Nickens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability. Currently serving as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Sustainability Partner at Evolution since December 2019, Rudy also holds the position of Director of Equal Opportunity & Diversity at the Missouri Department of Transportation since 2009. Additionally, Rudy is the Chair of the Board of Directors at Deaconess Foundation and a Board Member at David Dorfman Dance. Previously, Rudy was the Executive Director of The Black Rep from 2005 to 2009 and served on the Board of Advisors for the Diversity Awareness Partnership from 1999 to 2005. Rudy Nickens obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
