Samara Zelniker

Samara Zelniker is a seasoned leadership coach and consultant with extensive experience in developing strategies for organizational well-being and performance. Currently serving as a Partner at Evolution since February 2023, Samara has worked with renowned clients such as Slack and Snap Inc. As the Founder of Mindfulness Matters, established in May 2013, Samara focuses on enhancing leadership and collaboration through tailored well-being strategies. Additionally, Samara holds roles as Chief Leadership Coach at Chief and as a Certified Teacher at the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute since 2022 and 2019, respectively. Prior experience includes leadership coaching at Life and Career Consultants, serving as Lead Health Coach and Community Director at Parsley Health, and holding various marketing and sales positions within the fashion industry. Samara earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Food and Nutrition from Western University.
