Scott Kay has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to 2019. Scott started their career at JPMorgan, where they held various roles including Associate, Vice President, and Executive Director. In 2015, they joined LM Restaurant Group as the CFO until 2017. In 2010, they became the CEO of No Roof, a company that owns and operates multiple hospitality businesses and provides consulting services to clients in the hospitality and financial industries. Currently, Scott Kay is the CFO and COO at Evolution, starting in 2019.

Scott Kay attended Island School from 1990 to 1996 for their primary education. After completing high school, they enrolled in Northwestern University in 1996 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics in 2000. In 1998, they also spent a year at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where they studied Economics.
