Shashank Surana

Shashank Surana is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, expected to conclude in 2025. With extensive experience in business development roles, Shashank has served as a Manager for Expansion Strategy & New Initiatives at Bounce, where they significantly increased the B2C rentals business and launched multiple successful products. They have held various leadership positions, including a Director at Masai and a Chief of Staff at Evolution Cloud Services, where they play a key role in operations and account management. Prior to these roles, Shashank gained valuable experience at Uber and in other companies, where they honed their skills in operations, sales, and team management.
