Cindy Robak, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, ACC, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching, human resources management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the People Experience Lead and Head of HR for North America at Evolution since January 2023, Cindy previously offered consulting services through Cindy Robak Consulting, LLC, focusing on HR solutions and executive coaching. Prior roles include Leadership Coach at Rock Central, Director of Team Relations at Quicken Loans, and Human Resources District Manager at RITE AID, where Cindy successfully enhanced employee engagement, retention, and organizational excellence. Cindy's career began at Target as an Executive Team Lead in Team Relations, and Cindy holds degrees from Baker College of Clinton Township and Macomb Community College.
