Eka Shubitidze

Eka Shubitidze is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and training. Currently serving as the People Excellence Manager for Georgia and Armenia at Evolution since April 2022, Eka previously held significant roles at VTB from April 2010 to April 2022, including Head of the Training Center and Senior Manager of Quality in the Sales Network Development Department. Prior experience includes a lecturing position in BBA Marketing Management and MBA Consumer Behavior at Georgian American University from September 2006 to July 2011, as well as various managerial roles at TBC Bank from March 2005 to April 2010, where responsibilities included quality control and consulting. Early career involved training and consulting at the Georgian Business Development Centre “Caucasia” from June 2003 to January 2005.
