Molly Siciliano

Molly (Venesz) Siciliano is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Evolution since January 2020, Molly has successfully executed global HR strategies and led various HR initiatives including talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. Previously, Molly held several positions at Golden Nugget Atlantic City, including Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included managing personnel transactions for over 2,000 employees and developing employee engagement programs. Earlier experience includes roles at Caesars Entertainment Corporation focused on employee and labor relations, training development, and staffing coordination. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University, with a focus on Humanities, History, Political Science, and International Studies.
