Raitis Tučs

Raitis Tučs currently serves as the Physical Security Lead for the Baltic States at Evolution since January 2025. Prior to this role, Raitis held various positions at Maxima Latvija from May 2017 to December 2024, including Acting Director of the Security Department, Fire Safety and Security Systems Expert, and Deputy Director of the Security Department, where responsibilities included leading security teams, coordinating security measures, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Raitis also gained experience as a Fire Safety Specialist during an internship at NABITO ARCHITECTS in 2012. Raitis holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Bachelor's degree in Material Technology and Design and a Master's degree in Material Technology and Design from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, alongside a Master's level exchange program in Design and Product Management from Fachhochschule Salzburg, and professional training in fire detection and alarm planning from the Latvian Fire Fighting Association training center Preventa.
