Samir Aghayev

Samir Aghayev, SPHRi™, currently serves as the People Excellence Manager for Global HR at Evolution since February 2019, where contributions include coaching C-suite executives and leading global employee engagement across 40 locations. Aghayev has held several roles at Evolution, focusing on performance development, onboarding, digital HR systems implementation, and leadership development. Previous experience includes HR Business & Talent Partnering Manager at Geocell, where Aghayev led digital HR transformations and organizational restructuring. Aghayev also worked for Telia Company as HR Talent Partner for the Eurasia region and held various HR roles at Azercell Telecom, specializing in compensation and recruitment. Aghayev holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Azerbaijan International University, an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from Rochester Community and Technical College, and a certificate in Human Resources from the Telia Company Eurasia HR Academy.
