Simon Dimech

Simon Dimech is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, client experience management, and hospitality. Currently serving as a Team Excellence Manager at Evolution since September 2021, Simon specializes in fostering high-performing teams through innovative leadership and data-driven insights. Prior to this role, Simon spent over 14 years at the European School of English as a Logistics Executive, where Simon coordinated efforts for exceptional client experiences and managed operational oversight. Simon's early career includes positions in marketing and hospitality, where expertise in brand promotion and service excellence was developed. Simon holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the European University Malta Centre and a degree in Hospitality Management from the Institute of Tourism Studies.
