Sofia Holster

Sofia Holster currently serves as the Head of HR Business Support at Evolution, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this, Sofia was an HR Manager at Toca Boca from September 2023 to May 2025, and an HR Business Partner at PayPal from February 2020 to October 2023, which included a similar role at Zettle by PayPal from January 2018 to October 2023. Sofia's career began at The Walt Disney Company, where responsibilities included delivering HR services as a Nordic HRBP and coordinating HR processes from November 2014 to January 2018. Earlier experience includes recruiting for Wise Professionals from August 2012 to November 2014 and serving as an HR Administrator at Telge for a brief period in June 2011. Sofia holds a Bachelor Degree in Sociology from Örebro University, completed in 2012, and graduated from Naturvetargymnasiet in 2006.
