Steve Swain

Steve Swain is an accomplished marketing and communications leader with extensive experience in brand strategy and employee engagement across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Brand and Communications at Evolution since May 2022, Steve also held the position of Marketing and Communications Lead - Engineering. Prior roles include Head of Internal and Corporate Communications at Tek Experts, where Steve focused on aligning business goals with corporate reputation, and Employee Communications Director at J. Walter Thompson London, where strategic direction for employer branding was developed. Steve's career spans roles in digital strategy and account management at notable companies such as TMP Worldwide, Tribal, Stafford Long & Partners, McCann Erickson, and Highpoint Advertising. Steve holds a BA in Economics and Social History from the University of Leeds, obtained in 1997.
