ECP is unlike other advisory & consulting firms that may rely on theoretical knowledge or recommend solutions without having direct experience in implementing them.

We’ve founded Evolution Consulting (ECP) with a view to providing Investors, CXOs and Boards with the real-time, experienced support they need to answer the most pressing questions that face them.

Evolution overarching principle:

“Performing from Day One, Minute One" - the first year of any new acquisition is critical in setting the tone for turnaround and/or growth. Inherited management teams may bring legacy operating issues which require C-Suite changes to be made immediately. Working under one or more of the operating models below Evolution can ensure the new acquisition is focused on the strategic imperatives of the investor, supporting or leading transformations and injecting focused, experienced resource to drive change for as long, or as short, as is needed.

1. Support and Transformation (Independent Operating Partner/CXO) - acting as an independent advisory service spanning all portfolio or group businesses. Supporting portfolio and divisional leaders in assessment of relative strength of people, process and technology and standing in to support immediate C-Suite and leadership challenges.

Our teams, exclusively tailored to your needs consist of highly experienced operators who have actually been in the trenches and successfully executed transformational initiatives from the inside.

We understand the challenges that businesses face, as we have experienced them ourselves.

Our mission is to provide experience-led and cost-effective consulting and problem solving.

What matters to you is what matters to us – we are your bench, and we will work tirelessly to ensure your success.
