Dennis Smith

Dennis Smith is the founder and managing partner at Evolution Equity Partners. Dennis has been an active private equity investor in Central and Eastern Europe for over 12 years, both as an individual and alongside known funds. Dennis is a consultant and board member in a number of current and past investments with high multiple exits. Dennis's investee companies include the IT sector, security, BPO and services, telco & cable, renewable energy, manufacturing, and property development.

Smith's current investments are geographically in the Czech Republic, Serbia, Bulgaria, and Switzerland. Dennis has successfully developed and sold companies on each continent, with exits both through private trade and major market IPOs.
