Will Sim

Will Sim is an experienced professional with a strong background in community building, strategic events, and sales management. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Events at Evolution Equity Partners since December 2022, Will previously held the position of Country Manager at The Founding Network from December 2020, where responsibilities included generating revenue through commercial partnerships and engaging a community of approximately 300 high-growth small and medium business founders. Will's sales expertise was further developed at First Mile, where roles spanned from Brand Ambassador to Account Development Manager, leading teams to drive client growth and retention. Will's educational background includes a BMedSc in Medical Science from the University of Birmingham and A Level and GCSE qualifications from Sir Roger Manwood's Grammar School.
