Jeff Grad is the co-founder of Evolution Fresh, a cold-pressed juice company that reshaped the natural food landscape in Southern California. With a career spanning over 30 years, Jeff began as a partner at Naked Juice, where they generated over $5M in sales and played a key role in the company’s expansion. Jeff co-founded Evolution Fresh in 1994, leading the brand to significant growth before its acquisition by Starbucks in 2011. Additionally, Jeff founded the distribution company Eyes of the World and serves as a mentor for start-up founders through CONNECT, while also advocating for community engagement and healthy food practices. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University.
