Evolution Impact Initiative CIC is a Community Interest Company based in Medway, dedicated to empowering young people, families, and the wider community through combat sports, education, and social impact programmes.

Our mission is to create opportunities, reduce inequalities, and inspire positive change by combining the discipline of sport with tailored community initiatives. From boxing and mixed martial arts to mentorship, food security projects, and youth development, we provide safe spaces and life-changing support for those who need it most.

We work in partnership with schools, local authorities, and community organisations to deliver programmes that tackle real challenges—including youth violence prevention, mental health support, skills development, and community wellbeing.
