We are a specialist financial consultancy consisting of over 20 professional staff based in London, UK.

Evolution Infrastructure provides financial advisory and modelling services to clients including developers, corporates and financial investors across a wide range of infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. In addition, EIL is a leading provider of model audit services globally.

In January 2026 Steer Davies & Gleave Limited (“Steer”) acquired Evolution Infrastructure, adding the scale, resources and broader expertise of a larger group, whilst preserving EIL’s specialist focus and client-centred approach.

Evolution Infrastructure reflects the team’s ambition to continue to grow the business and diversify into new sectors in infrastructure, renewable energy and the energy transition. We are excited to continue providing market-leading services to our clients, enabling the delivery of vital infrastructure for a brighter future.
