Ken Bishop

Ken Bishop is an accomplished Operations Manager currently overseeing the Phoenix office at Evolution Mechanical, Inc. Since 2025, Ken has been responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility. Previously, they served as an HVAC Estimator at Collins Comfort Masters and George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating, where they designed HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties, consistently achieving sales goals and earning the President's Award for sales excellence. Ken also had an extensive tenure as Operations Manager at Goettl Air Conditioning, Inc., where they directed a team of service operators and significantly increased departmental profits. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Central Washington University in 1988.
