Álvaro Pérez L. is a Mining Engineer specializing in Block Caving, having successfully completed both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mining at the University of Chile. With experience as a Mine Planning Engineer at Evolution Mining and a Project Engineer at BCTEC, they have contributed to various key projects focused on risk assessment and mine design. Álvaro has also served as a researcher at the Advanced Mining Technology Center, where they conducted multiple studies on block caving and ventilation systems. Additionally, they have worked as a Teaching Assistant, guiding both undergraduate and postgraduate students in mining-related courses.
