Chloe Henderson

Chloe Henderson has held various health and safety roles within the mining industry, most recently serving as Superintendent - Health, Safety, Emergency & Risk at Evolution Mining from August 2024 to January 2025. Prior to this, Chloe was involved in a six-month secondment as a Safety, Systems & Compliance Specialist at Evolution Mining - Northparkes, commencing in February 2024. From January 2021 to January 2023, Chloe worked as the E31 Health, Safety and Training Advisor and Health and Safety Officer at CMOC-Northparkes Mines. Chloe holds a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Wollongong, obtained in 2024, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Public Relations from the same university, completed in 2020. Additionally, Chloe completed a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety at TAFE NSW in 2022.
