Dulguun Bayarsaikhan

Dulguun Bayarsaikhan is an underground mining engineer with a wealth of experience in the field. They began their career as a surveyor at Khurenshand Project from 2014 to 2016 and later served as a shift supervisor at Adil Och in 2014. Dulguun obtained a Specialist degree in Mining Engineering from the Moscow Geological Prospecting Institute and a Master of Engineering from The University of British Columbia, where they also worked as a teaching assistant in 2018. Currently, Dulguun holds the position of Senior Mining Engineer at Evolution Mining, focusing on Northparkes Underground Operations, and has previously contributed to Rio Tinto’s Oyu Tolgoi underground operations in various engineering roles.
