James Daniels

James Daniels is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in asset management and reliability within the mining sector. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer in the Asset Management & Reliability team at Evolution Mining, James is responsible for auditing the plant and machinery at Ernest Henry Mine to identify structural and mechanical faults. Previously, James has held various roles, including Acting Senior Reliability Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at Evolution Mining, as well as positions at Rockfield Technologies Australia, Glencore, Detech Engineering, and K&S Corporation Limited. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma of Higher Education from James Cook University, complemented by an apprenticeship in Diesel Fitting.
