Joe Mammen

Joe Mammen currently serves as General Manager at the Cowal Gold Operation for Evolution Mining, a position held since May 2022. Previous roles include General Manager and Site Senior Executive at Mount Rawdon Operations and Manager Operations at Bluestone Mines Tasmania Joint Venture Pty Ltd, overseeing all site operations at Renison Tin Operations. Joe Mammen has also held various senior technical and management positions at South32 and BHP, with experience in production, planning, and mine development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mining Engineering, as well as Graduate Diplomas in Coal Mine Strata Control and Mine Ventilation from UNSW.
