Joshua Soley

Joshua Soley is a metallurgist at Evolution Mining, where they have held multiple roles, including Plant Metallurgist and Project Metallurgist. They explored the field of metallurgy through positions at Glencore as an Undergraduate Metallurgist and at St Leo's College, UQ as a Residential Assistant. Their foundation in the mining industry, stemming from being born and raised in remote areas of Australia, has fostered a deep passion for the field. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience as a Shop Assistant at Robinson's News & Gifts and in various roles at Queensland Botanicals.
