Justin Spalding is a highly skilled geologist with extensive experience in the mining sector. Beginning as an Exploration Field Assistant at Castlemaine Goldfields Limited from June 2010 to February 2012, Justin engaged in diamond drill core preparation, sampling, and data entry. Progressing to roles such as Graduate Geologist and Mine Geologist, significant contributions were made at Xstrata Zinc QLD Australia, where assistance was provided in grade control during a summer position. Justin continued to build expertise at CMOC-Northparkes Mines from May 2020 to November 2023 and currently serves as a Mine Geologist at Evolution Mining since December 2023. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geology and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons) in Geometallurgy from the University of Ballarat.
