Kim Gillham

Kim Gillham, M.Ed, serves as a Blended Learning Specialist at Evolution Mining, focusing on health, safety, and mining competencies to enhance learning engagement and effectiveness. As the founder of VISUMATION, Kim designs and develops interactive learning experiences primarily in a B2B context, employing a systematic approach to instructional design. Other roles have included Learning Experience Designer for Level Up Learning, Senior Instructional Designer at Packer & Associates Pty Ltd, and various positions in educational design for organizations such as QATSICPP and BHP. Kim also actively participates in volunteer work with Project 314, enhancing content interactivity. Kim holds multiple degrees and certifications in education, instructional design, and arts, alongside ongoing studies in Indigenous studies and women's studies.
