Paul Boamah, MAusIMM(CP), is currently the Group Principal Resource Geologist at Evolution Mining, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Paul worked as a Principal Geologist for Resource Definition and Estimation at Pilbara Minerals Limited from 2022 to 2023, and as a Principal Resource Geologist at South32 from 2017 to 2022. Their extensive experience in geology includes roles as a Senior Mine Geologist at MMG Limited and Norseman Gold, as well as a Resource Geologist at Barrick Gold Corporation and AngloGold Ashanti. Paul holds a Master of Geostatistics from the University of Adelaide (2016-2022) and an MBA from Victoria University (2024-2022), in addition to a BSc(Hons) in Geological Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (2000-2004).
