Phil Micale

Phil Micale is currently the Principal Resource Geologist at Evolution Mining, where they apply extensive experience in the mining industry since 2004. They have held various roles, including Mine Geologist and Senior Resource Geologist, across Australia, specializing in open cut and underground operations for commodities such as gold and tin. Phil's expertise encompasses a wide range of geological skills, including drillhole design, resource evaluation, and technical auditing, further enhanced by consulting roles at AMC Consultants and XSTRACT Mining Consultants. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geology and a Graduate Certificate in Geostatistics, and are recognized as a Competent Person in the evaluation of various mineral deposits.
