Ray Small

Ray Small has extensive experience in the mining sector, currently serving as Mining Operations Superintendent at Evolution Mining since July 2018. Previously, Ray held positions in operational management and mining/drill & blast professionalism while seeking opportunities from 2017 to July 2018. From March 2014 to December 2016, Ray worked as SMR Mining Operations Manager at Arrium Mining, overseeing drill/blast and haul activities. Ray also served as Production Superintendent at Glencore Zinc from January 2012 to March 2014, managing mining processes and a team of approximately 180 personnel. Earlier experience includes Drill & Blast Superintendent at Xstrata Zinc from September 2004 to January 2012 and Project Manager at Macmahon from September 2001 to September 2004, focusing on open-cut mining operations and project management.
