Sarah Novlan

Sarah Novlan is an experienced geologist with a robust background in mining and exploration, spanning from 2003 to the present. Notably, Sarah served as a Senior Exploration Geologist at Newmont Corporation from July 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating geological teams, developing predictive geological models, and enhancing resource reserves. Prior positions include Senior Mine Geologist at Gold Fields Ltd., where project management and exploration program implementation were key, as well as roles at Goldcorp Inc. and Metals X Limited, focusing on geological interpretation and data management. Sarah holds a BSc Hon in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan, achieved in 2003.
