Shaune Finn has extensive experience in the mining and construction industries, currently serving as Manager Operational Readiness and Surface Mining and Sustainability Manager at Evolution Mining since September 2020. Previous roles include Contract Manager at UGL for Olympic Dam, Operations Manager and Project Manager at Thiess, and Project General Manager at Thiess Global Mining, overseeing significant projects such as the Prominent Hill and Fort Hills oil sands developments. Prior positions also include HSET Manager and HSE Superintendent at BHP Billiton and various HSE roles at Boral Construction Materials and NRG Flinders. Shaune holds degrees in Environmental Management and Occupational Hazard Management from Flinders University and the University of Ballarat, respectively.
