Shik Cherk Tang

Shik Cherk Tang is a Senior Mining Engineer at Evolution Mining, leveraging over four years of experience in the mining industry. Previously, Shik held roles as a Vacation Student at Rio Tinto and as a Graduate Mining Engineer at Northern Star Resources Limited, where foundational skills in mine planning and underground operations were developed. Shik has also served as a Lab Demonstrator at The University of Western Australia and earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering, achieving distinctions in the latter. Currently, Shik focuses on operational scheduling and aligns production objectives with execution contractors to meet budgetary goals.
