Stephanie Penales

Stephanie Penales is an experienced ESG & Social Responsibility Advisor at Evolution Mining, with a background in environmental consulting and research. Prior roles include serving as an Environmental Consulting Intern at 4Pillars Environmental Consulting, a Parliament Intern at the Australian Parliament, and a Research Assistant at the ANU Climate Change Institute. Stephanie also contributed as a Grant Writer for Australian Refugee Volunteers and held various customer service positions, including Back-up Supervisor at Woolworths Supermarkets and Crew Member at McDonald's. Education includes a Master's degree in Environmental Management and Development from The Australian National University and a Bachelor's degree in International and Global Studies from the University of Sydney, complemented by studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
