Tyson Burns

Tyson Burns is an experienced mine surveyor with a robust background in surveying and construction. Beginning the career as a skilled labourer at John Holland in 2006 and advancing to roles such as concrete cutter and driller at NQ Concrete Sawing and Drilling, Tyson has developed a diverse skill set. Since February 2015, Tyson has been employed at Evolution Mining, specializing in underground surveys and utilizing Dewik Cad software for various surveying tasks. Previous experience includes positions at Incitec Pivot as a mine surveyor and at Carpentaria Gold as an underground truck driver and mine cadet surveyor. Tyson holds an Associate's degree and a Bachelor of Spatial Science Technology in Surveying from the University of Southern Queensland, as well as a Certificate III in Landscape Horticulture from GCIT.
