With extensive experience in the FMCG industry, Richard previously served as a Senior Category Design & Innovation Engineer at Morphy Richards, managing design projects from concept to production. They hold a Master of Design in Product Design from Sheffield Hallam University and have completed a leadership program at Henley Business School. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated expertise in project management, team leadership, and design innovation.
